WHAT DRIVES THE PRICE
We don't list a fixed price sheet because no two challenge coin orders are the same — a 100-piece 1.75" soft-enamel run is a different animal than a 1,000-piece 3D dual-plated commemorative. Here are the six factors that move the number on every quote.
Larger pieces use more metal and more enamel — every step up moves the price.
Per-piece cost drops sharply as quantity climbs. Tooling cost amortizes across more pieces; the biggest savings happen at 250, 500, and 1,000+.
Standard thickness keeps cost down. Premium thickness (3.5mm) and heavy (4mm) add weight and material cost.
Soft enamel includes up to 7 colors in base pricing. Going wild with the palette is fine; we'll quote it.
Standard polished and antique platings are included. Dual plating and specialty finishes add a small line item.
3D molds, UV print, custom packaging, rush production — any of these adjust the quote, and we'll itemize them.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS
Per-piece price drops at each quantity band because the tooling cost (mold, design setup) amortizes across more pieces. The biggest savings tend to happen between 100 and 250, then again at 500 and 1,000. For runs above 3,000, ask — pricing can flex further on the largest orders. Tell us your target quantity in the quote form and we'll show you the price at a couple of nearby quantity tiers so you can decide where to land.

The online coin designer is free with no sign-up required. Submitting a quote is free. The design proof we send back is free. Revisions are free.
