We don't ask for a card, deposit, or upfront payment when you submit a quote. Your design proof comes back free, you revise it as many times as you want for free, and money only enters the conversation when you've signed off on the final art. Until that point, you owe us nothing.
UNLIMITED FREE REVISIONS
Want the eagle smaller? Different plating? Move the text? Change the back entirely? Tell us. We revise the design as many times as it takes for you to be happy with it. There's no per-round charge, no "draft three is your last free one" trap, and no rush to lock anything in.
QUALITY MATCH GUARANTEED AGAINST THE PROOF
If your finished coins don't match the proof you approved — wrong plating, wrong colors, wrong dimensions, struck poorly — we re-make them at no charge. You don't pay for our mistakes. The approved proof is the contract.
REPLACEMENT ON DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Shipping damage isn't your problem. If your order arrives damaged in transit, send us a photo and we'll re-ship at no charge. We back the order through delivery, not just through the front door of the shipper.
HONEST DEADLINES
If your timeline isn't achievable, we'll tell you before you commit. We'd rather lose the order than over-promise on production time and miss a date that matters. Rush production is available; if a deadline truly isn't possible, we say so.
DIRECT LINE TO THE FOUNDER
Every order is handled by the founder, not a customer service rep or a sales channel. Your email goes directly to the person responsible for your project. If something goes sideways, you talk to the same person who built your coin.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
Plain language so there's no confusion: our guarantee covers the production matching the approved proof. It does not cover changes you want after you've signed off on the final art and we've cut tooling. Once your approval triggers production, the design is locked. Late changes are possible but require new tooling and a new run (which we'll quote separately).
Our guarantee also doesn't cover normal wear and tear. Pocket-carried coins develop patina over years of carry — that's the point of an antique-finish coin. If your coin ages with carry, that's by design.

We revise unlimited times because we'd rather spend two weeks getting the design right than ship something you don't love. We re-make on quality issues because the cost of a re-run is less than the cost of losing your trust.
